Finance for Office Fitout: Circus PPC Agency

Background

Circus PPC Agency was founded in 2009 in Leeds by Managing Director, Rick Tobin, who had a strong, single objective – to see companies grow through successful and intelligent PPC marketing.  

Circus PPC has a team of experienced PPC specialists who are fully trained in all types of paid media and with tried and tested strategies, they not only meet their clients’ needs but exceed them.

Challenge

Due to substantial business growth, Circus had outgrown their office space and needed to expand, providing them with a more modern, collaborative working space that reflected the values of the business. They sought the help of Ben Johnson, a York based commercial interior design, fitout and furniture specialist to design the space.  

Due to the costs involved in the project, Circus were interested in ways in which they could invest in the space without it being such a large capital outlay from the offset, giving them the opportunity to maintain a healthy cashflow within the business for use in other investments whilst enabling them to move forward with the project.  

Solution

After speaking to Bluestone’s interiors team to understand the business and their finance requirements, Circus decided to utilise a £267,000 finance lease, enabling them to spread the cost of their project over time, at a fixed rate and covering 100% of the project cost.
