Yes, one of our dedicated account managers can arrange a training session for your sales team on the portal, taking them through all elements of the functionality, as well as setting up an account, what to do if they encounter any problems, and how the portal works.

You can update all your account preferences in the My Preferences, Company Defaults, and Company Preferences sections once you're logged into the portal. You'll find these by clicking on the arrow next to your picture in the top-right hand side of the portal.

Once you’ve reached the ‘Submit Application’ stage on the portal, if you do decide to proceed with an application with us, we will use your information to obtain credit and identity checks on you with one or more credit reference agencies ("CRAs").
You can amend an in-progress application via the Portal - or give our friendly team a call. They’re always available during business hours, and will be able to access your Portal account to see, amend or cancel your in-progress application.
In most cases, decisions will be made and quotes will appear within your Portal Dashboard within minutes.
