Frequently Asked Questions

I have forgotten my username and/or password, what do I do?

Your username will be the email address provided, usually a business email address. If you have forgotten your password, please follow the forgotten password link.

If you have any further problems, please contact Bluestone, or your dedicated Account manager.

Why can’t I view other applications that my colleagues have submitted?

To be able to view your colleagues’ applications you will require specific permissions set by Bluestone. Please contact your dedicated account manager to enquire.

If the equipment changes once the Finance documents have been issued, am I able to amend it?

Once finance documents have been raised and issued, you would be required to contact Bluestone’s dedicated support managers who can assist with any required amendments.

Can I proceed to quote without my customer's full details?

If you do not hold the required customer details, you can proceed. However due to this we would have to treat the application as a regulated customer, which will require your account manager to review, quote and proceed.

Can I create different quote variations for my organisation?

Yes, you could create various quotes. Please see the dedicated help video and guides here.

Can I provide my customer with access to the Portal, to keep track of the progress of their application?

Yes, we can provide them with access to the Portal. Once an application is approved and documents issued, they will have access where finance documents can be issued.

Is there a cost associated with the portal?

No, using the Bluestone is completely free, no strings attached!

Do you offer sales team training?

Yes, one of our dedicated account managers can arrange a training session for your sales team on the portal, taking them through all elements of the functionality, as well as setting up an account, what to do if they encounter any problems, and how the portal works.

Who do I need to speak to about offering finance to my customers?

You can get in touch with us by finding your dedicated account manager on our website, submitting an enquiry form or emailing us on hello@bluestone.app.

What if the portal isn’t working, who do I contact?

If you're having trouble with the portal, send us an email at info@bluestone.app, or contact your dedicated account manager who will be able to look into the issue asap.

How do I change my account preferences, so I don’t have to update them every time?

You can update all your account preferences in the My Preferences, Company Defaults, and Company Preferences sections once you're logged into the portal. You'll find these by clicking on the arrow next to your picture in the top-right hand side of the portal.

Is there a cost associated with being a Bluestone Partner?

No, there's no cost to you at all - just several benefits, including sales team training, marketing resources and our Bluestone Rewards card.
