Murphy Wealth are a wealth management firm with more than 40 years’ experience in providing everything from pensions advice to investment strategies for individuals and businesses to help them achieve both short and long term goals.
Murphy Wealth started as a small family-run business based in Ayrshire, as they grew they moved to Glasgow but soon outgrew this office too and needed to find office space to allow them to advance.
Murphy Wealth increased their headcount by 50% in the space of just a year and had plans to double that number in the next twelve months. The firm secured 3,000 sq. ft. at Sutherland House in the heart of Glasgow city centre. The space needed to be fitted out to achieve Murphy Wealth’s vision of a collaborative, engaging and creative working environment.
Bluestone were introduced to Murphy Wealth at the design stage and we quickly identified that, as they are going through a period of growth, it didn’t make sense to tie up capital in the furniture and fit out. A solution was structured that allowed them to retain as much cash as possible whilst not having to compromise on the workspace they wanted.
